DAY OF COORDINATION

Package #1

Your big day is meticulously planned, and now it’s time to ensure that your vision is flawlessly brought to life. You're in the right place! Being fully present for this monumental moment is essential, and assembling the right team is key. We’re thrilled to support you every step of the way!

• free consultation
• custom day-of timeline
• the “Hand-off Meeting”—this takes place one month before the event. We take command of all the details you have so thoughtfully planned and carry it to the finish line.
• our direct contact with personnel beginning one month prior to the event—this means that every vendor, family member, and friend will know exactly where to be and when. We will be prepared to answer all of their questions!
• professional presence on the day-of to direct the details, respond to any bumps in the road, and make “plan-B” decisions to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests.
• rehearsal coordination (as requested). We love to be apart of this step in the preparation, when possible!
• availability up to 10 hours on the day of the event
• additional hours available upon request for an additional hourly rate

PARTIAL PLANNING

Our Partial Planning Package allows you to take the lead while providing an experienced co-pilot to guide you along the way. We’ll collaborate to shape your vision, serve as a sounding board, and support you throughout the entire process.

As your big day approaches, we’ll step in to handle the final details, ensuring that you can enjoy every magical moment. Let us take the stress out of your final weeks, so you can fully embrace the start of your next chapter!

FULL PLANNING

Package #3

The Full Planning Package covers everything from day one to the day of your wedding. We specialize in crafting a vision inspired by your love story, curating a celebration that is uniquely yours with cohesive design, carefully selected vendors, and intimate details woven throughout your day.

Additionally, we manage all communication, taking care of creative direction, vendor meetings, budget negotiations, timelines, and much more!
